Program Director, National Network
Hayin Kim is a Program Director for The Opportunity Institute’s Partners for Each and Every Child project. Her role focuses on facilitating partnerships around state and issue policy. She has been a practitioner, educational researcher and evaluator, with a focus on community-based programs and partnerships that support healthy development of youth and their communities. Previously, Hayin has worked with San Francisco and Emery Unified School Districts, the John W. Gardner Center at Stanford University, the Children’s Aid Society, and the National Coalition for Community Schools. She received her B.A. from Amherst College, and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, Graduate School of Education.
